We originally planned and booked a party at roosters for the 24th of this month and due to lack of communication between staff it unfortunately got double booked and they cancelled on us. We come to a solution of having it this weekend 17th and they said we could have the room deposit put behind the bar for us as a sorry gesture, it gets to the night and we have a phone call saying they can’t give us the whole amount behind the bar and only 50% can. While we was setting up, Mandy was very rude and set an awkward vibe from the minute we got there. We was treated by Mandy as if we had done something wrong all night. About 11:30pm Mandy is storming around the room, while the party was still going clearing all of the tables with props, decor that I BOUGHT, putting them in bin bags and throwing them towards the bin. I was very upset and disappointed, as this is not how you treat guests. On the upper side, Dave was super helpful, and tried to keep us in the loop at all times. Dave served us with a smile 24/7 and customer service from him was 10/10. We appreciate you Dave. Alls I’m going to say is… don’t be a “Mandy” nobody likes a Mandy…

I had my sons first birthday party here and couldn't recommend the place more! The guys were amazing from start to finish accommodating everything I asked for and more, the space is perfect for functions and they have a gorgeous outdoor area, would recommend for any event!!
A really great place for the family, trying its best to support the local community.. has some great drops even has Madri on tap. Lots of big screens for the sports but the best feature being the outside tables to watch the teams training.
Been there for the finals today. Lovely club... but charging well over the odds for a pint. Costing £4.50 a pint. £14 for a chicken burger and a hot dog. £5 entry fee to adults. Trying to cash in on amateur rugby. Absolute disgrace.
