One star would unfortunately be too much to score them. They sent my parcel incorrectly because the post master seems unable to read addresses written in capital letters. Called several times and was accused of shouting despite being in a loud area and explaining this, had the phone put down on me on 2 separate occasions and then spoke with the post master's husband who couldn't be more condescending if he tried. Cost me over £103 in dispatch fees and lost me a customer. Wouldn't trust them to send a letter over the road, hopelessly inadequate and a full complaint made with Royal Mail. If they have any sense will look at removing them their franchise from this particular branch. Awful
