I was a little sceptical entering in this shop initially but after getting a salad of my choice, I must say this place deserves a good review! It’s in a small street Worship street on a corner in Shoreditch serving a wide selection of Salads. You choose a base leaves or pasta, then choose few ingredients from the salads displayed. Garnish your salad with a choice of dozen sauces and chilli flakes, sesame seeds and croutons! They do soups, pastas and burritos too, although I didn’t try them yet. My only gripe is that for £5.95, portions could’ve been better.
Jsut had my first experience at Salad Junction and it was great, nothing bad to note. Although there may be cheaper salads in the market this is defintely worth the extra £, super filling, a great range of ingredients and it tastes great.
Great salad at relatively good price for area
No complaints. We order from this place pretty often at my office, and I've never gotten a bad salad from them. I wouldn't mind if the lettuce were a little more crisp and the chicken a little more flavorful, but the prices are reasonable, the portions of ingredients are solid, and nothing has tasted bad. If you're ordering a burrito when there are 2 Chilangos and a DF/Mexico nearby, though, you're doing it wrong.
Very expensive. 6.95 does not include any premium items just salad, with a protein it adds up to be close to 10-13 pounds!
I usually go for this... when the company is paying for it. re: the Large Salad and Large Pasta - Meat lovers, don't let the name fool you! Yes you can have a "salad" that has no sign of green personally I like a good balance of meat and v - Usually totals around 11.50gbp would add the salmon fillet but Salad Junction has increased the price so that it no longer fits under my 11.50 limit - Filling enough. Yes it's a salad but you can still be full.
Been here few times and the low rating they got is completely deserved. The food is good but the staff is always rude, as if this would be the last place they wanted to be. Placed an order for collection twice now. The breaded chicken is exchanged for plain, second time in a row. Last time it was partly exchanged.... you cant even complain as you only notice this once you are back at the office. Today my chicken was partly exchanged, 1 was given only 1 deli item while I paid for 2, and when I went to pick it up he cashier ignored me for long minutes and kept serving people who were there to order. I thought ordering for collection means you don't queue or wait but in salad junction you probably have to queue to be noticed. I gave up when she was about to serve the 3rd person since I was standing there trying to get her attention and reached across the desk. It was far, hardly reachable so that was definitely should have been given out by them. This is when she asked if it was for me??? This is horrendous. I am surprised people still go there. They need to learn some manners, kindness, customer service skills, as at the moment they lack in all... An update few weeks later: I went back to collect my salad. My friend came with me to order there. I asked if my salad was ready that was on top of the counter, the taller brunette haired woman with bleached ends hit my bag and that turned around on the counter. So rude. She has no manners. My friend asked how many items she can add as they recently changed the menu. She was told off my miss bleached end that she asks every time she comes and next time she better checks the board!!!!!! I was shocked. How dare she??? Doesnt matter if it's written on the board or not, there was noone in the shop apart from us so she should still explain to her if she got confused. This is what customer service is about! I really dont know after all the complaints how come these people still work there. The owner seriously should think about what imagine these people build for his business and lose customers because of these cavemen he employs. Today he lost 2. And I'm sure we are not the only one who was treated so badly and told off by this woman. She should not work in customer service!!! By the way the guy who worked today was very kind. At least one stands out.
Good portion, wide variety of toppings and only £7.
I ordered Salad Junction and turns out that their wrapping paper is a serious health hazard - a silver coated wrapping paper and all the silver sparkles coming off in hands and stuck on the food. I complained this to their restaurant manager but no action has been taken. The response was "you don't have to order"!!! What an irresponsible statement when it is clear that they are putting their customers to health risk! I will have given negative stars if that was a choice.
Very nice place to get a healthy takeaway!!! Salad Junction has a large variety of choices and the best thing is that you can make your own salad box!!! The employees are very friendly and the prices are good as well. If you work in an office and you have a sedentary work and you are worried about your figure Salad Junction is the choice for a healthy low fat food.
