Here in the heart of Bolton town centre, is where you’ll find an oasis of calm and tranquility. In our peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, you can unwind and enjoy being pampered. We offer a wide range of massage services that are designed to provide you with the utmost in relaxation and results. We want you to feel calm and at peace while you are at Sala Thai Spa, but we also strive to have you leave feeling renewed, energetic, and refreshed!

We decorate all of our massage rooms with care to evoke the feel of a traditional Thai massage centre, complete with beautiful furnishings and a deliciously relaxing feel, to gently relax you into your massage session.

Disappointed. Turned up for my booking today for a couples massage which I had pre booked 3 weeks prior to the appointment. When we got there, there was no staff available to serve us due to an issue with under staffing. The lady turned up away with no direction to re book the apportionment nor let us know prior to our appointment that there was a problem with staff and therefore we were not served. Better communication needed from the owners.
Just had a 1hr Thai massage with Candy hope I got that right!. Fantastic masseuse, extremely friendly but professional. She asked at the start what kind of pressure I would like and if there were any areas I would like her to focus on. Candy gave me the best massage I have ever had, making sure she focused on my upper back and shoulders like I requested, but also identifying areas like my hamstrings that needed work. Left feeling so much better and I'll definitely be returning soon.
Had a 1 hour couples massage and it was well worth the price. The masseuses seem knowledgeable about what will help certain aches and pains. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.

Best £45 spent!!! Best massage I ever had!!! I love massage and spend so much on massages. Not one of my massages rival this!!! She was so good I have to write a review. Writing review is not my thing, “I pay for a service so why go writing reviews’ that has been my model but great injustice would have been done if I don’t point others here. If you love sports massage, u love deep tissue massage not someone just petting your skin, then this is the place. My only concern is ambiance. The room needs to look and smell better. The towels could be better. I love seeing white towel in spa, it gives a clean vibes. The towel had an odour. If she will put more money into that place and make it look good like Safiya, then this will be the best place for massage in Bolton. However, I am going to go round all the Thai places in Bolton to ascertain if I am right or wrong
Went for a Thai massage with my wife. Both massages were done simultaneously and we were very impressed. Both masseurs worked really hard for the full hour and we could tell they were experienced. The spa in general was clean and well presented. Came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Great value for money.
2 massages seperate rooms same bad experiences. I booked this because of the reviews so I feel its only fair i leave an honest review on quality of service. My masseuse was a nice person but not professional. The massage itself didn't flow 2 shuvs at the shoulder 2 at the neck followed by an elbow to the back hot stones too hot and even when told still too hot! I told them I wanted a relaxing massage and to the masseuses admission they said "I know you wanted it relaxing but I can't help it!" Girlfriends massage: masseuse was late, kept reiterating they wanted to go home, spoke with husband on phone WHILST massaging her, kept stopping massage to talk. Whole massage lasted about 30mins due to talking in-between, paid for 1hr. All in all very disappointing and I feel its only fair I leave an honest review. I'm sure they're lovely people but they're in the wrong buisness.
Friendly staff and free fruit! The masseuse I had was maya who was extremely thorough. The treatment was high quality and the parlour was clean. Reasonable prices, I will be going back :
I bought a voucher on groupon and didn't expect much to be honest, but gosh how wrong was I...The best place in Bolton. Nancy is great, I wanted a deep body massage and she got it just right. I feel like I have a new body. You can choose the strength of massage and she will also advise you on what would be the best for you. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and will be back. Thank you so much.
