I recently had the pleasure of completing the Reiki level one course with Marie. It was a brilliant day. Hugely enjoyable and an experience I would highly recommend to anyone curious about Reiki.
I've been using the infrared sauna at Sakura for the past few months to compliment a heavy metal chelation. My favourite part of the week is to switch off and relax - sets me up for a fabulous day! Will be trying out some of the other therapies soon Im sure.
