Story

Our combination of stylish street food, regional classics and contemporary molecular gastronomy, will provide a truly unique dining experience. The very best freshly prepared dishes have been fused with modern surroundings, expertly crafted drinks and impeccable service.

With two floors, two bars, two restaurants and catering for up to 240 guests in one sitting and total capacity of 440, Sakana will command a premium audience to complement its service and design.

The ground floor restaurant features a vaulted central atrium rising above an open kitchen with two teppanyaki sections and a fresh sushi counter surrounding an island robata grill, serving 150 people. Moving into the ground floor bar area through our unique floor to ceiling wine wall, our guests are welcome to relax in our contemporary bar complete with an open fronted seating section.
