I recently ordered from Sajan Takeaway and had a very disappointing experience. I spent £15 on my meal and explicitly asked if salad and sauce were included. To my surprise, they informed me that I needed to mention it while ordering.  For a £15 meal, I expect it to be served complete with all the essentials. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of addressing my concerns politely, the staff member was incredibly rude. He told me, "This is it; if you do not want it, don’t take it!" Such poor customer service is unacceptable. Instead of offering an apology, he chose to argue with me.  To make matters worse, the prices at Sajan Takeaway are exorbitant compared to other local takeaways. For just £9 at another nearby place, I can get the same food along with a drink, bread, salad, and dressing.  I am extremely unhappy with my experience at Sajan Takeaway and will not be returning. I also do not recommend this place to anyone looking for value and decent customer service.

Absolutely lovely man but unfortunately tasteless food. Very bland and ended up in the bin. My husband eats anything and this no we both didn't eat. Very oily greesey too. SorryService: 5/5

My wife Ali loves this place, and to be fair, she is a fussy eater as far as quality and taste are concerned, my preference is Chinese food but if I'm having this type of food I wouldn't go anywhere else. Service always quick, efficient and friendly, I'm a bit concerned about the places football allegiance as I'm a West Ham fan but we've all got our preferences. Can't say much more apart from eat here, you won't be Disappointed. Back again tonight, service exemplary as ever, lads always bring a smile to your face. Another success, lovely.

We used to live in Sale and the Sajan was our regular indian takeaway, since moving to the seaside at Fleetwood we have not been lucky enough to enjoy a meal. Last weekend on our way back from a holiday in Nerja we diverted from Manchester Airport for a special Sajan treat . The meal was fabulous cooked to perfection just as we remembered it. Wish we could have the Sajan in Fleetwood.

Went on web.. Ordered... Web told me will be delivered!!! After a while called them only to be told they don't deliver... Fuming no apology.. Why is food hub on their website page... Their attitude was awful... He even said has happened few times... They need to get someone to update their websiteFood: 1/5

Got a delivery tonite and food was lovely chicken madras was really good and chips was nice...my daughter had chicken tikka starter enjoyed it.Food: 5/5

Great food real pakistani flavour and sauces, price is reasonable and quantity is excellent. I would come back for more and recommend to anyone who likes curry and spicy food. Didn't like the red sauce that was put on the grilled meat but in general I'm happy
