Visited today for first time to take a friend who had been ill out for coffee. We sat in the 'conservatory' - a bleak chilly extension. Table mats didn't appear to have seen soap & water for a very long time and the cushions on the seats were even worse - totally disgusting (we picked these up by a corner & deposited elsewhere). Scones & coffee were mediocre, 'hot' chocolate cold. Oh dear do I sound a moan! First visit, last visit: sorry.

Just visited today for the first time and we were really impressed. They used really high quality bread for their panini's not the standard you get everywhere. Wife got the soup which she really liked. Coffee had a nice flavour as well. We were pleasantly surprised and would like to get back soon.

Regular here and love the service , lovely surroundings , always found the staff very friendly. Good local coffee shop and location for meeting with friends , usually get the sweet chilli chicken panini it's my fav.

Sat for 12 minutes after ordering food with a dirty table. When table was being cleared our clean cutlery was set on a table that wasn't wiped. Asked for cutlery to be replaced. When food came it was cold. I could go on but let's say it was a very disappointing visit.

Amazing great caffe and a lovely place for a day out good historical village with plenty to aee and do. I really recomend this venue.
