I was at the cafe. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was lovely. I would recommend a visit when the restrictions allows you to do so.

I mean the set up was amazing!!! Santa and Mrs Claus amazing also.....my only big annoyance was the speed they took you through all the different wee sections. Like you couldn't even stop for a photo and they were away. Felt extremely rushed and ruined the whole experience to be honest.
