Going down hill. Would definitely say go elsewhere of your looking to shop properly But if you know what you want probably worth it. Parking is over priced but it is every where

A very good shopping centre for those on a budget. The range of shops is excellent and they were quite large. There were several cafés in the centre as well, and there are plenty of shops that offer services. There are also working lifts (which is always a plus) and a dedicated office to provide help to those who may have mobility difficulties. Quite a quiet shopping centre with a nice atmosphere.

what has happened to this place. Once packed with good quality shops now most shops have closed down and lay empty the rest are rubbish cheap shops selling tat. Sutton I know is having a bit of a resurgence which has been taking about 20 yrs. Head to kingston instead if looking for more and varied shops.

not many shops of named brand and a bit disorganised with no real direction or plan to it all. The upper level needed to get to the carpark is mad as you have to go up the escalator on the opposite side to go round to get to the carpark.
