absolutely awful school, would not recommend going here. teachers are not fully trained and are definitely not trained in mental health or learning disabilities. teachers bully and pick on kids who arnt as intellectually advanced as others. and then blame them for their irrational behaviour. kids being told a few weeks before their life changing exams “you are not going to pass” “you are going to fail everything” how do you think that makes a child feel? global studies wonder why kids mental health is declining so rapidly . take a look closer to home is what i think. think about what the staff are putting your children through and think about the effect this will have on them. staff are borderline racist and quite clearly have favourites. staff do not take both sides they are not fair they are rude and do not even get me started on rrr. how is that even legal. sticking a child under 16 in a box that litterally looks like a prisons visiting box with no windows no fresh air no sunlight no breaks no interaction NOTHING . how is that legal. these kids who are chucked in here have hardly done anything wrong god don’t eat anything inside you’ll get put in rrr don’t have a piercing godddd you’ll be put in rrr. they say to be who you are but when they don’t like it you get punished but people can walk round the school in furry outfits. preaching human rights but take children’s rights away from them. and they spent a lot of time in pshe teaching children’s about the lgbt but where is the lessons on black lives and multicultural lessons. absolutely shocking school. basic human cleanliness is not a thing here forget your pe kit? wear dirty spare ones absolutely minging do not send your children her if you want them to do well in life
It's not very nice here as no one deals with bully's and the people who mess around get away with it, the punishment is removal but it gets easily full and backed up because the amount of bad behaviour. If you want to get bullied or be bullyed come here.
The worst school ever! Staff are rude and arrogant, students in higher years have no respect for each other or themselves. CLOSE THIS SCHOOL DOWN!
A TEACHER HAS TO RATE THIS 5 STARS TO KEEP IT ON 2 STARS You breathe and get punished and get hour long homework due in the next day. And if you gad a lot of homework to do youll be lucky if you are still able to walk Dont send your kids here. Trust me. I was bullied untill year 9 SOMEONE WAS PUT IN TRIPLE R FOR A WEEK ON THEIR 1ST DAY OF YEAR 7 FOR NO REASON
Honestly it's a really bad school, i got 4 homeworks the first day of year 7 And recently while we was doing Physical Education someone went through my school bag and got my money. I told the teacher about it they didn't do anything about it!!! They said they will let me know but its been 2 months still no reply from them! I don't recommend sending your child here really bad school!
THE WORST SCHOOL EVER FOR NOT DEALING WITH BULLIES APPROPRIATELY! My son was bullied from his first day through to his last day. Were the school interested? NO. It’s all very well having a state of the art school. However if you do not teach the fundamental basics and have no discipline and punishment strategy that is consistently followed through then it all starts to fall apart! Hence leaving you with lots of very unhappy children! Another factor was my son slipped on the playground on his way to school. He went to the nurse/reception people. They told him to run cold water over his wrist and to continue his day. They DID NOT contact myself and I had to take him to the hospital. He had fractured his arm in 2 places and sprained his wrist. The school told him to continue running his arm under the tap during the day and they MADE HIM DO P.E. An absolute shambles! If your child has a choice and they are quite introverted or shy I would recommend any other school but this one. Otherwise you will spend your life at the school banging your head up against a wall!
School is average, some amazing teachers but others arent great. but the food needs major improvements. Firstly, it's overpriced. £1.42 for a slice of pizza cooked cardboard with tomato puree and plastic cheese. Drinks are also expensive, 330ml yazoos £1 each. You even have to pay for tomato sauce! £2.14 for a rock hard roll, 97p for a waffle with sugar cubes. the hot plates for keeping food warm is dusty and very un hygienic. Needs sorting out, new kitchen staff needed. Ones that like to cook and take the role seriously. Don't sent your kids to school for school meals, they will be disappointed.
Great school my son in last year and my daughter starting on September. Helpful dedicated teachers, support staff and the Senco is great. I am in no doubt my daughter will get the same good help and support that my son has.
I find this school absolutely rubbish as you guys can’t even teach the students and my kid Charlie is always complaining as the classes are disruptive and inconsiderate people and a lot of teachers who are not nice and they should be sewed and put in a cage.
Can't get into the canteen half the time. Some teachers should make lessons more fun so more people concentrate more.
