Exceptional service after we had a significant leak. Saint Flooring and the curtain department were with us same day and helped remove old wet carpets and put new ones in when the areas had dried within 72 hours thanks to all.
Professional and efficient through the whole process. Updates on home visit from Laura in the office were really helpful. Paul the fitter arrived exactly on time as promised and did a fantastic job laying new flooring in our dining kitchen and a fitted door matt. He was polite, friendly and took real pride in his craft. Outstanding work, thank you.
Customer Care are a disgrace and seriously lack integrity. Within 12 months the floor bubbled. They refuse to do anything about it. Wouldn't trust with your money I'm afraid.
Give zero stars if I could. Whilst they have some good operatives, the management and directors are beyond a disgrace. Try and fob you off with excuses for sub par and shoddy workmanship. Absolute cowboys - avoid
