A huge supermarket along A96 towards Nairn/Inverness. You get most supplies for your day to day needs. We used it as a pitstop for fuel and a bite to eat. There is a cash machine outside. We couldn't find a cafe inside may be there was one. Customer toilets available. And there are "tu" branded clothing in store. Lastly Argos are also located in the same building. Bonus info: Homebargains and McDonalds are in the same area. Plenty of parking for general cars, disabled access and parent parking.
Some wonderful,helpful and nice staff. Unfortunately there are some rude, aggressive talking, and get in your space staff which is very uncomfortable especially when you've complex issues. Definitely shouldn't be working with the public walking around like they own the place with the ridiculous headphones on , storeroom would be more suitable. Great store in a perfect location though
Giving 1 star because none wasn't allowed. Horrible staff member tonight 24/01/23. Princess in his mid 30s I'd say, medium length straight black hair, stubble, roughly 5' 10". Would love to name and shame however he had no name badge on. His attitude towards me was repulsive, I asked if he could show me where the couscous was, as he was stocking shelves in the 'grains and pulses' aisle. He muttered something then said have a nice day in a sarcastic kind of way, clearly not meaning it as he walked off in the other direction. Not having a clue what he said, I approached him again asking the same question. He gestured over to the other end of the aisle and carried on with his work. Had he not known where it was or there was a language barrier, that would be acceptable. I would've been less insulted if he had hit me over the head with the couscous. Have a nice day, mate!
Yet again no checkouts open and ignored by staff until one finally acknowledges my presence and of the woman now queuing behind me and wanders off to find someone to open one up. This is happening far too often now. Self service checkout DOES NO WORK for a trolley full of shopping.
Hate shopping in giant stores. Staff helpful but clearly not content. Hope the family in Bangladesh have a good winter on the wage paid for making the clothing I bought, which is good quality.
I would probably say 5 but my son said 4. Food choice quite wide, really handy to have an Argos there. Staff were helpful.
It's a Sainsbury's super market which is well run with friendly staff, not massive but has everything you need.
The litter is horrific in the bushes around the boundary. Why is it not been cleaned up? Supermarkets need to show an example as we try to cut down on litter. Radio Scotland has just spoken about this and how bad it is in Scotland. We are worse than Europe now You do a lot for the community could litter picking not be something you could get involved in? Please take this request seriously Susan
You can get youre grocery shop and purchase new pants at the same time,also gifts for the kids and random household items at instore argos,really good!
Superbly placed, fabulous store, friendly staff and clean and tidy throughout. Toilets super, clean, fresh.
