Went in today and used pay at the pump, two bank cards declined even thought they both contained sufficient funds over their £100 pre authorisationnWent in to join a long queue to pay. Informed the server that there may be an issue with the pump. Woman on the tills who wasn’t even serving me said ‘that’s technology’nnSpeechless is an understatement ….

Excellent petrol station in Godalming with spacious gaps between the pumps and easy access in and out of the station. I do like the option of either paying at the pump or in the kiosk.nnFuel prices are comparable with other petrol stations. You can also get nectar points on the fuel you buy if you have a nectar card.nnThe only negative is, I understand the car wash facility occasionally doesn't work. Personally, this not an issue for me as I get my kids to wash the car at home and give them the money, therefore, earning their pocket money.

Had trouble with the pump, went inside to inform staff and got a can't be arsed attitude, huffing and puffing. If you're going to do a customer facing job, at least look like you want to help or will!  I'll go and get fuel elsewhere thanks

Feels like time has forgotten the inside of the shop, pretty grubby.nPay at pump saves having to speak to anybody inside...

I was stood there like a fool waiting for the guy to turn the pump on, then I read the pump itself. It's got a little screen to choose where and how you pay. I didnt realise this so I looked like a fool. When I realised I was being silly it was all good and worked fine. Cheap prices as well.
