I felt humiliated when I visited this shop on Tuesday  28th November at about 2.50pm. A fat lady cashier at the till yelled at me in full view of another customer who she was already serving. She ordered me to get back to another aile. I became very disorientated. It was my first time to use this store and all I needed was polite directions to join the que. She was very rude to me. She made the few people who where around to stare at me. I had no intentions of jumping the que. I was genuinely lost due to the lay out of the shop and where the tills were situated just disorientated me and made me so confused. I suffer from epilepsy and depression. Venturing out of my house on my own can be daunting. I did not deserve to be shouted at. I was genuinely lost,did not know where to go in order for me to pay for the items. She was rude and hostile. I wonder she would have behaved the same to me if I were white.
