Ordered an item from Argos to be delivered to this store. Heard nothing from store to say arrived so phoned. Firstly told all items had been scanned in. When I pointed out my account was showing it was in the store was then told well it had only been scanned in within last 20 mins so probably why not received email saying ready for collection. When I asked how long for email to come through as it has collection code, which i needed to collect item, was told 'don't know' sounded more like he didn't care. Very disappointed as always found staff helpful but this male colleague was not. Won't have Argos goods delivered here again in case the rude unhelpful male colleague is on duty
I'm rather fed up. Called in 02/04/2024 after a long day and picked up a bite and a Costa coffee from the in-store machine. It was truly FOUL tasted like it was from cleaning the pipes of the machine no semblance of coffee about it. It was brown. That's it. I tried, added sugar....no, really not for consumption. Tried to complain on Costa site but go round in circles and they make it impossible so Sainsbury's has copped for the complaint. £2.80 utterly wasted. Not happy.

I’m very disappointed. Staff is not helpful. I was waiting till 15 minutes for the payment but no one cares. The lady staff she was filling the ice cream in-front of me , I thought she come but she didn’t. Why i leave the comment here , you need to focus customer satisfaction. Try to smile always
