Something always goes wrong at self checkouts and when it does it's a long wait until someone comes over to sort it. Not good!
Very clean, spacious, vast assortment. They are organic, vegetarian and vegan products. Enjoy the eye of healthy pictures.
This is beyond a doubt the most unhelpful Sainsbury's I've ever visited, the staff have zero customer service. On a previous visit I was laden down with shopping and my small baby and no one offered to help or open a till, they are not rude ect but I am disappointed this is my local store.
For a smaller size Supermarket they certainly pack enough in. The food is always of the same high quality as you would expect in any Sainsburys. There is a large car park with plenty of parking for customers with blue badges. The only reason that I have marked it as 4* is the customer service. The last twice we've visited on self service tills were open, there didn’t even seem to be anyone to mana till if required. This was despite the fact that several staff seemed to be very busy doing nothing apparent.
