Basically the most convenient supermarket and considering recent refurbishment all the aisles are fully organised and they have finally managed to put stationary up as well. Now tells talk about staff I know many of them outside of work and I wouldn’t name anyone for attention so must admit that to work there you have to be helpful and polite considering everyone walks through that door. Wheelchair accessible during any opening times and working hours are great meaning you can do late night shopping and a spacious carpark just outside is a blessing for locals and visitors. No manned checkouts - I’m seeing this here routinely now. Everyone having to self checkout entire trolleys, with the few staff there to help racing around and overstretched. This picture frame used to have a notice saying ‘if you want us to open a lane just ask’ - now taken away, because they refuse.
First class service from them and Argos. Booked an Asus A15 gaming laptop from Argos for the Black Friday Sale and picked it within the time. Customer service was really good. They provided the lowest price of this laptop model on black friday amongst the seller across UK. Just love it.
In their car park there was a pigeon stuck and clearly in pain as it was caught in their stupid netting, and it could've easily been helped by the stuff. After being told at customer service that someone would go out with a ladder to help it, NOTHING was done. So it's still there stuck, alive and in pain. Disgusting. Even if you are heartless enough to not care about a stuck animal surely having mutilated dead pigeons around your car park thanks to your netting isn't a good look and is bad for health and safety.
