Loveliest staff on the hot food deli counter, always so warm and helpful can't fault it. Been shopping here for a while and it's always been a pleasant experience, such a high level of staff service.

Great customer service with genuine smiles, every day of the year any hour of the day! Many employees have worked here for years delivering their best day in and day out. Pleasant assurance to see the same faces, because, this is reflection of good business practice keeping their employee turnovers low! Staff always welcomes customers back and having an odd joke. They positively recognise local shoppers, because most of them are locals themselves. Store, has good selection in organic vegetables and fruits. Have never seen anything roten or 'after the date' laying on the shelves. Premises are always clean and shelves looks tidy. Lovely smiles shining behind fish counter! Behind cheese counter there is always there to help and to offer quirky tasters. Starbucks within this Sainsbury's is not too crowded, with available clean tables to rest after shopping! Have clean bathroom facilities and cash point outside the supermarket. Recently they have opened Argos inside the store to bring even more convenience to local area. 3 hours free car park outside the store which is clean and maintained free of trolleys. Shopping cart takes one pound coin deposit other wise near the entry there are stacks of shopping baskets!

Not my usual store but any store that has in stock the 1.5 litres of Sainsbury’s own label vodka will automatically get a minimum of four stars from yours truly.

I work close by and shop in this Sainsbury's pretty much every day. The service is always great and the ladies on the hot food counter are always good fun!! Waiting times for the tills is always short and the prices always competitive!! Only thing stopping a 5 Star rating is the parking restrictions in the car park, I did overstay my welcome once and received a parking ticket in the post.

Good service with wide food choices. Try to look into Bakery section for improvements. Suggest a visit to M&S Brent Cross for ideas on freshly made bakery products for the Afternoon teas. The Hyde Branch could expand and open it's own restaurant as this location is uniquely located in a residential area for a quick meal option.
