Absolutely shockingly poor service, ordered online for it to arrive. The whole shop was completed and waiting for the courier to collect, for it to be cancelled, after waiting an hour. Absolutely poor, couldn't even communicate with their customers to explain
If I could I would give zero stars. They sat with my order for over an hour on the preparing order function and when I tried to call the overly convoluted directory system ended the call three times. I will never order from here again and I will tell everyone I meet of your piss poor service and lack of customer consideration. I wish your store bankruptcy.
Foul smelling place. How could they store food here without addressing the disgusting smell. Some staff also treat you like a thief when you pay using the smartshop app. I've deleted the app now and only go in this place when I want a particular item. I would never carry out a main shop here. Awful place. This branch needs a lot of improvement!
The fruit and veg chillers absolutely wreak of mold, if you go to where the strawberries and raspberries are and look into the grates where the air circulates, it's full of mold fur.nThere is also a very regular sewage smell that hangs around the clothes, fruit and veg, customer service and tills at the front of the store.nThe security stare at you with contempt when you enter and leave the store as if you'd dared to walk in their kingdom.nOh and the town uses the top end of the car park as a fly-tipping zone, adding to the safe and welcoming atmosphere of the store.nI write this from the experience of going to the store over the last few years and these problems have only been getting worse.
