Never too busy when I've been polite staff pharmacy in store too only gripe the men's clothing section is one isle compared to the ladies 10 isles and the selection of garments very limited but what is there is quite good quality everything seems that little more expensive

I love sainsburys. Good quality food and great range of homewares. Turn clothing reasonably priced. Lots of bargains to be found on their 25%off days

Very clean and well merchandised. Unfortunately the restaurant lets the store down, the till is not always covered and staff has to be trailed for. Compared with Chesterfield it loses marks. Although in fairness l am seeing a slight improvement. The milk and cleanliness, for example. Other stores, the Kitchen area is not accessible to Customers. A bell by the till would help. The Store staff are efficient and helpful when approached. The 'till area', is well managed. With the volume of footfall it copes extremely well. In my opinion the old Nectar card system was better, the amount of coupons given at checkout is a nuisance. Having to manage them causes another hassle l'd love to get rid of. Printing costs must be high. The car park is used by the majority of Crystal Peaks customers. It's a nightmare, although, l have learnt to pick my times for the ease of parking.
