Service focused supermarket chain, staff are more often more professional and friendlier than in other stores. Noticeably higher standards of service are a value add that can draw customers through the door. Backed by a great product selection it is one of the key reasons that I go.

It's not huge for a Sainsbury's but it always clean and tidy and has all of the essentials as well as a small selection of clothes, DVDs, and electricals. As well as an Argos outlet. There's also a decent car park and usually plenty of space, and a big petrol station with good prices so worth a stop if you're on the A1, much better value than the services.

If anyone wants a reason to shop at Sainsbury's it's their multiseed bread. This is by far the tastiest bread I have ever had, absolutely fantastic
