It's a terrible store. Service 'and the security staff 'always keep looking at you 'like you are a thief 'actually it's the other way round 'they are the biggest thieves 'and the employees 'bunch of clowns 'when you dont have good education 'you end up doing security 'most of them can't read or write.nThe hot deli counter 'is appalling 'every time I shop there for food 'the shelves are empty ''when you ask the woman we haven't got anything today 'and every day really.nThe customer service assistant needs to be a bit more sociable 'very miserable looking 'always thinking people are pulling fast ones 'basically the store is a joke 'no manager to be found to make a complaint a couldn't care less attitude.
Store management are rude and discourteous to customers. Hardly any staff on shop floor when needing assistance and I feel that the layout needs improvement. The silver barriers near all the self check out machines make the store look messy. This Sainsbury's wouldn't be my first choice.
I visited this store as a part-time worker, It’s filthy, unhygienic and disorganised out the back, rubbish everywhere, dirty sinks with broken glass in them.nnThe staff toilets are very clean, but the actual staff area is depressing and tired looking. I feel for staff having to work here, it’s not conducive to well being. It seems to be this way in most of the Sainsbury’s I have visited, it’s a facade for the customers but behind the scenes a different story.nI can imagine the people at the top who profit from Sainsbury’s are living a nice comfy lifestyle whereby they do not have to endure working in mucky conditions.nnStaff morale at seems to be low at many branches as well and I can see why!
Went there with my birthday girl to let her pick her birthday gifts. The toys she picked weren’t in the system so they’ve said I cannot take them. I raised my views on that..so they directed me to the customer service desk. I want to say BIG-BIG thanks for ANGELA and ANDREW for their very nice and helpful service. You are superstars!!
The sushi place at the end of the store is literally the worst. Calling it Gourmet is a proper joke.nnAlso the tills are often broken or don't accept gift cards due to lack of connectivity!
