First time I've visited since they moved things around, so a quick trip turned into a longer stay. Not enough tills open either. But store clean and bright. Shelves are well stocked with a good variety of items. Managed to find what I wanted eventually. Their in-store pharmacy is a huge bonus as I also needed over the counter painkillers. Staff seemed happy and friendly which is another bonus as the staff in our 2 large chain supermarkets in nearby Diss are very despondent and morale is very low. Will make time to visit this store more often in future as it's a much better experience!

Great place to shop. The staff are very polite and very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and tidy.  The fresh department is always rotated correctly and very rarely out of date. For a small store there is a surprisingly wide range of products to buy which is fantastic. I highly recommend shopping at this store and the prices are very good as the food is extremely good.

I'm sure the store is fine but the people who go there are very rude. There is no queuing system at the multiple rows of self checkouts so the sensible thing to do is pick one of the  rows and stand by it. But that didn't satisfy an OAP standing 3 metres away who thought his vantage point gave him free reign to take the next available of the many banks of self checkouts. Very self righteous he was too. Regardless to say he escaped with his Werther's originals in good time while I was made to wait my turn.

Got everything I wanted for convenience as I was in a hurry, spent far more in Sainsburys than I would have done in most other supermarkets, product quality is no better than others, I paid for the convenience only. Better planning in future for shopping trips will eliminate the need to do it that way again, and save me money.
