Kinross store usually pretty good but today packed with only one till open at 5pm. Shopper using one till then left to go and do more shopping and we had to move to self service with an unfriendly staff member who could have totally turned to experience around with a bit of customer care!
Shocking experience, went to do a bit of food shopping, selection was a little short on the shelves, staff standing about talking. Trolley over flowing with food & only self scan tills open. Staff again standing about in a group at the tills talking and to pals that came into shop. Looked over but not once offered to open a proper till!!!. Had to play jenga and balance my shopping as it went through & of course the till didnt like that. For money spent they should have offered to open a normal till. Definitely wont be back.
What a hopeless situation. No wifi so unable to take payment except cash. Cash machine not working. No real apology from staff just information provided. Sad usually shop here & in the past had a good experience
It's your average Sainsbury's. What can you expect? It has toilets with is convenient. What isn't convenient is the low amount of tills and the weird smell throughout the store... Quite a weird Sainsbury's tbh
Lovely friendly staff. Clean shop but quite small so limited availability.
