My experience today in sainsburys was bad!!!!nI needed a member of staff, to help I had months shopping was told need to scan it.nRude and un helpful.nThen went to get cigarettes, I asked member of staff to oder. Cab for me.nWas took I needed to do it myselfnWhat has happened to customer service.
On 10th of April, around 3 PM, I had a worst experience with the cashier, a woman with medium-length curls and a black ponytail. At 20 weeks pregnant, I requested a few minutes temporarily to place my heavy shopping stuff in the checkout area, especially since I wasn’t feeling well at the time. While I understand that there is a customer service policy in place, I felt there was a lack of consideration and empathy for my situation as a pregnant woman. This experience demonstrated very poor customer service.
Only self check out after 5:30pm. I use this sainsbury for my big shopping and I need to spend over 30 minutes on self check out because cashiers are never available. I understand it is more cost effective and people loves self check out... but there are other people that need to use other options.
It carries enough but honestly it's a really depressing branch, they recently were bragging about upgrades to the store but somehow managed to make it look worse.
My car tyre had been punctured in the parking, I only been there for 40min. Security wasn’t helpful when reported
