I have been using the shop since it opened. It is well stocked and very clean. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.nnI recently received a penalty notice from the car park people although I had scanned my receipt etc. I have just been to customer services and explained and showed them the statement from my credit card. The lady on customer services cancelled the charge and suggested that I photograph the record of this. Excellent customer service makes all the difference.
Visited Sainsbury’s today to buy a house plant. They had a small selection of badly tended house plants that look like they hadn’t been watered for quite some time all very dried up and on the verge of death. I’m not sure why they are trying to sell house plants if they don’t have the time or staff to look after them properly they may as well not bother.
Great for town centre shopping and the staff are friendly and efficient
I use this branch as it’s larger than a ‘local’, but nearer to home than the big one! It is very tired and could do with a bit of TLC. Limited range due to size, but has most things I need when I go
