Fantastic customer service from young girl in glasses sorry we didn't get your name!. Made us feel like valued customers and was incredibly polite and kind! -Saturday 23rd November 17:45pm. Came out of the shop smiling, if only everyone was like this!
We got everything we wanted and also got freshly baked pizza for supper.nThe gentleman who was cooking our pizzas was delightful and, as there were no other customers waiting, was chatting cheerfully and making us feel valued as his customers of the moment. Thank you.
Great store, easy parking, always well stocked. I also like having Argos on one side as we are always picking something up or just like to see what’s new. Sainsbury’s has a fantastic Nectar program and we like to scan as we shop to both see what we are spending plus make check out easy.
There is good parking and the store itself is spacious with clear marking for goods and produce inside.nThere is a very good range of good quality clothing and I purchased several toys which were on special offer on the day.
Kendal Sainsburys. Sunday afternoon Appalling attitude of man today on self serve. I had reduced items which are not scanning at the moment. Scan and it asks you to wait for assistant . I said to him should I put them all here for you to put through he said no. I meant the reduced ones he said I just said No scanned one and walked off. Next reduced young girl came back and did them all together . Even my husband was gobsmacked. Assistant was rude and sarcastic. I will make sure I dont go to scan if he is there. Wish I had asked his name. I told the girl how rude he was. She was lovely. Little thing very helpful . Awful service from man
