Popular, well lit, good range of quality stock supermarket. friendly staff , smaller supermarket with an Argos shop inside the store, A few leaking roof tiles so please be careful with buckets placed near by , Easy self service check out or conveyor belt staff service check out,nService at times can have a long wait on the check out with sometimes only one cashier is available.nParking at sainsbury's is controlled by a different company called EuroParks Ltd, PLEASE read car instructions even for Disabled drivers with the APNR licence recognition when you enter the car park, MAXIMUM stay is 2 hours unless after 5pm operaton between 9am to 5pm,nThe last photograph is the view of the APNR camera facing car park entrance , opposite the librarynEuro parks online support is very difficult to get through in view on extending time after 2 hours ,There doesn't seem to be a direct office line and is based in London ? to call anybody and leaving an email doesn't result in much come back so sticking to 2 hours is crucial in times of not receiving a ticket as a phone line or email is not a quick way to receive permission to extend your time to avoid a PCN .nFor disabled drivers, I would use street town parking or parking in the Town Hall car park, which is 3 hours maximum
Good selection of groceries, liquor, beverages and toiletries available in this store but Tu clothing not available and very limited availability of stationery. A collection of indian and international groceries are also available at this store and prices are reasonable.
Today 23/7/24 I was helped at the customer service section by Michelle. Michelle was extremely helpful, kind and understanding and resolved my issue within minutes. Michelle was very professional and her kindness really helped calm my anxiety, I am very grateful to her for her help. Thank you!
Shelves were well stocked and veg looked fresh. Let down by lack of staff on shop floor to ask any questions. Tills were a nightmare with only 1 till open. Ended up using self scan and staff member was very friendly but rushed off her feet.
It's ok for convenience. Shame they charge you for the parking and then you need to get reimbursed at the till.
