Great staff who were very helpful especially a lady who helped explain the Huel was on the wrong shelf and actually not part of the meal deal. She made the effort to come and find me to apologise it was on the wrong shelf and will be moved. Customer service like this is rare to come across. The store is well lit, clean and well layed out. I don't like paying for parking but at least spend £5 you get the money back.
Fraught. You must first pay to park and then claim the £1.20 back on your shopping. Unnecessary, if they’re trying to deter casual non shopping parkers, when 30 seconds away are two huge car parks.
Not happy im disabled and forgot to put my badge in the window so even having payed to shop there i still got a ticket and the staff didn't seem very happy especially Carol on the till who was on here phone and couldn't even give the time of day so not the best shopping experience I visited from telford so I'll stick to the telford one next time or just go to Aldi it's free
A small branch of Sainsburys without cafe or any other attached business. Although small, the store is tidy, well stocked and customer service is brilliant.nThe parking fee is a pain but necessary as a deterrent to freeloaders.nCould be improved with the addition of a cafe and an Argos collection point.
Busy but plenty of parking and easy flow through self check outs.
