The most lovely staff!nI usually get my shopping delivered, the drivers are always very friendly. Today I had to collect my Christmas order, I'm disabled and wasn't feeling great this afternoon. One of the staff kindly carried my shopping and opened a till to rush me through. I really appreciated the gesture and wanted to say thank you again and wish you all a Merry Christmas
Was great having a wander around Sainsburys in Ely the other day. Its larger than the one I'm used to in March. Loads of interesting things to see and buy. I bought a rather nice Berry compote gin and for a reasonable price too! £8 When I got back I had a raster of it. Mmmmm morish, defo warms the cockles!!nWill be back again to have a wander around!
Lovely quality food and prices reasonable and the store staff are so kind if i ask them nothings too much trouble my dog loves his pet food as well hes so happy he tells me in dog language hes happy like woof woof
Products great. Only gripe is only one proper till open and rest self service. Who wants to do a big shop on the self service tills. We only had three bags and it was a struggle and had to call for help multiple times.
Ordered a delivery, didn’t receive the delivery. When contacted they said the driver made an attempt by knocking on my door and calling me. However, they didn’t make any of these attempts a called me a liar for saying they didn’t happen. With very little customer service support too
