I have always been very satisfied with this store and have never had a bad experience, as the staff are usually great and helpful. Unfortunately, during a recent large shop, since there was no staffed till I used the self-checkout. The self-checkout area was a little busy, when I had trouble scanning an item, a staff member came to help. His body language felt impatient, and when I tried to explain which product caused the issue, he grabbed it and said “for God’s sake.” I was left speechless and very upset by this interaction - couldn’t believe what I heard…I was wondering if that really happened to me, a pregnant customer trying to do all this work on my own…
Great store. Nice after the recent renovation. Only negative is a limited organic range.
Good range of food, parking sometimes difficult
Everything you need from a sainsburys argos inside parking infront of the store and a big carpark next to it free of charge all week except saturday
Jena was friendly with the customer ahead of us, however she did not say hi or make eye contact during our transaction. Sadly I would have to visit again so hopefully better service next time.
