I visit this store regularly because I get savings of my more money on the food items and all as well as the staff and managers is very cooperative and help me to get the things quickly...nBest experience.....
Disappointing experience yesterday. We have used Sainsburys Beaconsfield branch as our main grocery store for many years, visiting it an average of at least twice a month. However, although we tried to allow for the major store alterations in progress, we came out of the store wondering if it was worth returning.nOur visit got off to a bad start when an Argos order, which should have been available for collection, had not been delivered to the store. The assistant made little in the way of apology, just stated that we could collect it the next day. As we couldn’t return for at least a week, we cancelled the order.nOur shopping experience, at approximately 10.30. then included finding no semi-skimmed one pint milk, no muti-seeded farmhouse loaves one of the reasons we use Sainsburys and only one of the three weighing machines in the greengrocery section working. The few staff members who were on the shop floor were busy answering questions about the new layout and we found it impossible to find someone who was free to help us.nThe final niggle was, once again, having to wait for a partial re-scan, something that happens much more frequently than we would expect.
