Had our food delivered in Darlington from the most pleasant, friendly, helpful young man this morning. He was polite and cheery. His name was Matthew and he made my morning. Well done Sainsburys for employing a lovely young gent.
Good quality food, especially fresh fruit, vegetables and meat.nIt's a clean and organised store.nThey have a Nectar points that gives useful savings over time. I particularly love shopping for clothes and Thermal wear as they of high quality.
One star reviewnA week before Christmas, only two checkouts open, people queuing with full trolleys, just not good enough, the store manager needs to get a grip of the situation.nnApart from the above I really like the store 5 star but have given it a one star review to get the managers attention, hopefully he/she will deal with the unacceptable frustration customers are experiencing at the checkouts.
Lovely place, organised and friendly staff. I enjoyed using their nectar app also, saved me a lot of money.
Decent gluten-free section, and choice. Staff were polite and friendly. Clean and tidy, shelves organised and full.
