Dated and expensive. Staff seemed unhappy or huffy. One member of staff was just darn rude. Wasn't a pleasant shopping experience.
Medium sized store in centre of town, with tiny Argos. Friendly staff. Toilets. No cafe. Free car park for max 3 hours parking so you can use it to shop elsewhere in town - just remember to note your time of arrival.
Free parking is a good start I think it’s up to three hours before you move or get charged. We never had issues of parking always found a space. I don’t have to tell you what it’s like to shop here only it’s not to big which is a good thing. Not much you can’t get from here but with Three Hours parking you can walk into town for other shopping. Also with Sainsbury’s of Oswestry they have come into the tech world and introduced Smart Shopping which is a real bonus even for us oldies saves queuing if the available tills aren’t too busy. PS- Called into Oswestry Sainsbury this week ien26/5/24 notifications boards telling us only 2 hours of free parking allowed so keep that in mind because your registration is put on record when you arrive. It was a busy place today however I managed to get everything I wanted done quickly which allowed me time for a visit to the cafeteria before setting off to collect my granddaughter from the nursery. There is a good selection of snacks, cakes etc available all at an acceptable price, the coffee was really enjoyable.
Lots of products to buy. more than the less expensive super markerts, so need to pop in occasionally. Never for a full shop though that would be ro pricey for the same.nGood staff nice shop.nGet everything for a full recipe
