The store is too small for the amount of customers. There is a large range of products and good quality, the staff are always pleasant and Argos is handy. However, I just refuse to go to this store anymore due to the car park! Every time I go the mother/child spaces are always full, and it’s always with people who don’t have children! The normal spaces are too narrow to get my toddler out of the car without risking hitting the car door next to me.
Nice store and staff. Shame about the car park. Accidentally overstayed by 16 minutes. £85 fine, generously reduced to £50 for early payment. My fault ofc but £50 excessive. Won't be shopping at this store again. Shoppers beware.
In-store shopping is fine. A little noisy. A bit expensive but good quality. Staff mostly pleasant.nnJust had terrible experience with online shopping. I was expecting my order delivery between the time slot given by Sainsbury but didn’t receive it. Missed phone call from delivery guy due to poor network but received notification of missed call. So called back twice within an hour, they didn’t bother to attend.nnUltimately rang at Sainsbury. Explained the situation and requested for the order to be delivered today since I am keeping fast and need proper food to break it. They listened, and then politely refused to deliver today, and apologised as if it’s not a big deal.nnAnd the delivery guy made a note that I was away which is quite upsetting since I was and still am at my residence. Disappointed!
Small car park free parking for several hrs ,car reg displayed on screen as entering. Disabled parking. Wheelchair access .Gd selection Clothes, fd,bks, newspapers etc. Argos stuck end of Tills,we are yet to have a thank you or smile,staff not helpful. On days I visited.Won't be going there again.nWrexham Argos in Sainsbury's staff very helpful indeed.. Sainsbury's staff too.
I bought a lawnmower from Argos inside sainsbury's. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The young person in the store lifted it into the trolley for me. As I pushed it towards the car, opening the door and deciding on how best to get it into the car. A gentleman pushing trolleys came to my aid and lifted it into my car. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, I couldn't praise the staff here enough.
