I want to thank the staff and security team for their quick and brave response during an attempted robbery I witnessed today. They acted with great courage and teamwork, staying organised and taking action when many might hesitate. Their professionalism made me feel safe as a customer, and they truly deserve recognition.
This was a nice supermarket years ago.nUnfortunately it not good now.nThere are never any staff to help, and recently the complete layout has been changed around.nOn my last visit spent ages looking for certain products but no staff to ask, so left without a complete shop.nJust two manned checkouts operating, so waited ages in a queue.nFinally they must have the most disgusting male toilets I have ever been in. Do not recommend a visit here.
I attempted to use the ladies toilets at Sainsburys yesterday but they were absolutely disgusting!nThe first two were unusable; no seat in one, the other was blocked, full of faecal waste, and the best of the three had a dirty seat hence urine on the floor as users obviously hadn't wanted to sit down.nThe sanitary disposal boxes were crammed full to overflowing and the loo paper either missing or unusable because it was wet.nI reported it to customer services who said the cleaner would in.nI doubt it would have been a quick fix as clearly hadn't been serviced for days judging by the state it was in.
Usual stuff but they were helpful when i got a parking ticket for 31 mins. It turns out that when the shop is shut so is the car park. So me picking up some money and then answering a call is not the thing to do.nHowever they did cancel the ticket in store
Worst experience today. Went for a meal deal but got some products that didn't allow the 3.75 discount. When I asked why it was double the price. He laughed at me and said it wouldn't be 3.75 for that. InI assume it was my mistake and it was the more expensive meal deal. I was in a rush and not in the mood so I payed but it was infuriating to realise after that the guy should have charged me 3.75.
