Arrived today to collect my order. No ID on me. Fine - I offered a simple solution: remove the ONE bottle of wine and give me the rest of my shopping. REFUSED. Incredible.nnWent into the store - same answer. Left with NOTHING, already charged for everything.nnCalled Customer Service who claimed this has always been the policy. Not true - NEVER been asked before. But here’s the best part: I asked them “so you are telling me your stores aren’t following their own rules?” Their response? “Yes.”nnThey literally admitted their stores don’t follow their own policy, whilst enforcing a policy that defies all common sense. You couldn’t make it up.nnSort it out Sainsbury’s. SAD
Excellent location, plenty of parking, store layout, products available and promotional products. The staff are helpful at the checkouts. I always have a good shopping experience here.
Good gluten free range. Helpful staff. Mostly prices ok. Decent parking. Dishwasher stuff in a corner. Not obvious…!
Good size store has products and essentials. Plenty of parking and fuel station handy if in the area. Good for using Nectar points.
My review is precisely about the toilets in this supermarket. Absolutely terrible, very dirty and the smell hits you as soon as you’re near the exit. Health and safety hazard.
