I do shop at Sainsbury's a lot . I have noticed recently that your top cold storage for milks is not cold enough. By choice I use Yeo free range milk , but more often then not this milk as it seems the tops are bashed in , it's only this milk that has suffered this fate and because of this often the milk will leak, which is a major issue considering the price of organic milk, moreover the top shelf is not cold enough to keep milk fresh it seems with plenty of shelf life date still available the milk is not the best. I really would like to see something done about the way milk is stored and handle within this store. Loyal local shopper
The store is nice, unfortunately the parking lot is too small and very tight when it comes to parking spaces, a lot of damage to cars. The smeared. You have to be careful how you park because you can have an unpleasant surprise after shopping

Small store with a petrol station. First time here 29.01.2022 and the car park needs better signage. Does have a wide variety of essentials. Not very many self-service or scan & shop tills. Small clothing section. Found the freezer and bread aisles much more spacious than the fridge/fresh food aisles.nSmall customer service/tobacco counter near entrance on right. Toilets very clean to the left near entrance.nSmall Red Nose Day selection.
Shop needs expanding. Town is growing and not enough variety in store. Doors at entrance not wide enough, with annoying slope on way out. Car park very tight. Cars often scratched. Entrance and exit to car park from road not the best. Not enough manned tills. Aisles tight when got trolley and staff with their trollies filling shelves. However, said all that staff are friendly and their fresh flowers last long time and bakery not bad, although lidls better. Think with growing town management need to recognise this before another supermarket opens. Only go into store when have to.
