Lovely clean supermarket. Lots of choice. Some shelves empty when I visited, but that's true with all supermarkets at the moment. All the basics are there, so no disappointment. Instore bakery present. The Taste The Difference San Francisco Style Sourdough loaf is to die for. It just tastes great. Good choice of fresh fruit and veg. Shopping is even cheaper if you use their shopping app which is linked to your Nectar Card
big parking with refundable 1,80£ if you shop in Sainsbury's for min 5£. big shop, enough space for everyone. never had any problem while using coupons. self check out has errors so often need to wait for assist, will take one star off only for that. otherwise good shop.
Enjoyed looking round good selection of food bought a lovely top very pleased with it Would recommend worth a look.
I dislike going to supermarkets, that's why I shop online BUT Sainsbury Customer service are so poor at dealing with a simple task of unlocking my account I have given up and moved over to Ocado.
the parking is extremely confusing and you have to pay to park. other than that it's a large Sainsbury's with lots of products on offer. it is next to the town centre which is why you have to pay for parking. it's just very confusing as to how you get out because of the one way system they have in place. more signs would be appreciated
The frozen food section is a bit poor compared to the rest of the shop. The bakery is nice, but a bit too much. Unfortunately, the local drunks seem to hang outside here, making it a bit uncomfortable for little ones.
Free parking: refund at the till when you make a purchase of £5 or more. Really helpful when you need to park and go to the high street.
Just as you would expect, it's a supermarket which is pretty much always stocked well and has everything I've ever needed for a weekly shop. Parking can be an issue, hence the reason for a star less but staff have always been helpful and friendly so can't complain.
Sainsbury's at least the Huntingdon store has really lowered its standards in terms of ensuring a decent variety of produce, and at affordable prices. I was dismayed to find that there is a very meagre offering of vegan fare. The layout of the aisles is also counterintuitive and it seems to take forever to locate the items that I'm searching for!
Sp good doing rhe scan n shop shame all sainsburys dont do it. Be careful using ur phone with the poor internet sometimes adds like 3 or 4 items when u only brought 1...was told when leave store it too late. Why wud u buy 4 lots of mushrooms.
