Went into Sainsbury's Tadley this past Sunday about 3:50pm mainly to pick up a few bits from Argos. I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the young lady at Argos. Very Friendly, Fast and Professional. Good prices for products at Argos. Then I got a few bags of reduced mini donuts from Sainsbury's Bakery. Waited to pay at till for them, switched checkouts as I was in a rush, and then realised that there was a checkout closed sign up. The Lady at Checkout I believe she was Asian kindly still served me. The checkout She was at was the one furthest away from those awful Self Scan tills. I would have rated this store 5 Stars based on the 2 wonderful ladies that helped me, however I'm not a fan of Self Scan and this store has a lot of them. Self Scan are the Death of Retail Jobs, Especially Checkout Jobs.
Generally good, most staff are friendly and helpful with the odd exception. Downside is always the stock, can never guarantee they have what you need and the moving around of the aisles is getting irritating.
Staff are always friendly and helpful the guys with the trolleys are always o the go and help out if you get stuck and they work really hard
Good parking friendly staff great variety and nice fresh food
Nothing new. prices rise every day no eggs no dog food unless you buy the dearest brands
The staines store always has many empty shelves, and lots of my Nectar price offers are never available
Egg was broken on floor. Did not like it. Fix egg problem.
The shop is fine but the staff are a different matter all together. I've just witnessed a young male with goods on him that have not been paid for, walk out of the shop. When I challenged the staff I was met with "not my problem, he even went to the toilet, its not my area" The duty manager wasn't interested either and so you might as well invite everyone in to nick stuff as the staff don't care, are not interested and will not challenge thieves. Disgraceful attitude of Tadley Sainsbury.
Great now Michelle Parker not working here!! Just other managers telling each other what a fantastic job they do!! Lmfao
Average visit today. Some shelves lacking products. Nice to see more than two check out tills staffed
