Saffron Launderers completely ruined my wedding sari and refused to compensate me for their mistake. They did a test to see if it would go through the process and confirmed with me that it was safe to be dry cleaned. A week before my wedding, I received a phone call saying the beads had melted onto the sari and instead of being understanding towards me, they would rude and defensive on the phone saying that their colleague to it home took peel off all the beads. Because it was last minute and this sari was passed down to me from my Aunt, I still wore it to my wedding. A couple weeks afterwards, I wanted to receive compensation for the damage they had done to this sari that I now am too embarrassed to hand down to my own children, they were rude, unhelpful and refused to compensate me in any way. A despicable way to deal with such a situation and I highly recommend you not to trust this company with any garment that is valuable to you, because I fully regret leaving such a sentimental garment with Saffron Launderers.
