We had the most amazing afternoon and wine tour here back in May. Our guide was so passionate and knowledgeable, and made the tour super engaging. The vineyards are beautifully kept and the tour finished off with some fab tasting and charcuterie boards which were delicious and great value for money. Can’t wait to visit again next summer for some fizz in the sunshine.
Really enjoyed our tour, which was a birthday present for my husband. Fascinating to hear the history of this local vineyard, learn how Saffron Grange addresses some of the climate based challenges and walk through the vines. The wine tasting was a lovely follow on and very informative. We topped off the experience with a glass of fizz and a cheese board. Would highly recommend!
My dad loves a glass of wine and loves having his family over in the summer so we decided to send him and my mum on your tour for his birthday. He wouldnt tell us very much about the experience until he had his whole family together where he proceeded to give full details about each bottle and showed us how to taste and savour it appropriately! He talked passionately about the vineyard, the history, the grapes etc while we all waited patiently to try the wine!. He told us how he and mum are coming back to pick grapes as volunteers and finally we all enjoyed a fresh glass of wine exactly how he had planned. Its these moments we cherish as a family and you made their experience one for them to remember and for us all to enjoy! Thank you
The Saffron Grange tour was fascinating- I didn’t really appreciate the work and worry involved with a vineyard.nThe wine tasting that followed was wonderful. It was hard to choose a favourite sparkling wine from those we tried - I could very happily drink all three!
