I haven't visited Saffina for a while but she helped me fix my horrible home bleach dye gone wrong and got me to a lovely shade of blonde after much patience with my hair! I would highly recommend Saffina. She's also bubbly and fun and makes you feel instantly at home!

It took me a few months to actually decide to put this comment as I don’t like to add bad opinions. However, I do not want more people to go through what I did. I wanted shade lighter ombré on my black hair. Instead, my hair were completely destroyed, after the bleach has been put all over my head. The bottom layout of my hair was like a chew gum, and unfortunately even after a few visit in different salon and olaplex, not using straighteners or hair dryers, my hair snapped. I would like to add that I have a long, around 24”, so the underneath part is now 7”.... Never again!
