Total disaster of a website to order from. Placed order, received no order confirmation. Couldn’t creat account or anything. Called next day, closed early due to staffing issues. Received email Mon apologising and told order sent to warehouse. Tues received email saying wrong price on website, they would honour the price but unfortunately sizes I needed weren’t available. Offered refund also. Still could order all sizes on website though. Delivery states on website free over 50 spend. Charged 5 sterling. All in all very frustrating and costly as even though I have received refund I am out of pocket for all bank charges associated with the sterling transaction. Would stay away from this website completely.
no working card machine for several days so I couldn't purchase an item not ideal when you consider most private and commercial customers pay by card. waited a considerable time in shop after pressing buzzer to meet any member of staff to help with my inquiry.

Really disappointing, considering people talk highly of the place it was really a waste of a journey. No help what so ever, and didn't really care about what happened. In the door and straight out, wouldn't recommend it.
