Adam came and sorted one of two problems quickly and efficiently. The other one was not so easy. It is an intermittent fault and needs more investigation after new year. I can't fault his work. He's polite and professional.
Emergency call out on a Sunday at MIDNIGHT! Arrived 20 minutes later and solved our electrical problem. Great service, nice guy. I know who my new electrician is, thanks again.
Adam responded very quickly to the job which I submitted on a Sunday. Very quick to arrange & get round on the Tues, diagnosed issue & had the part ordered same day. Came back on the Thurs had to wait for part to fit part as promised & all been great since. No more issues. Very happy to recommend Adam, would use his services again.
Having been messed about by other electricians I was reassured of Adams professionalism from the start - I have used Safetech several times now, from a garage armoured cable supply to a whole house rewire. Hard working, flexible, tidy and trust worthy. Well recommended.
