There were a lot of issues at first with my fit, the fitters hadn’t done an up to standard Job but once I complained safestyle were in all fairness quick to send out an assessor and then other fitters to rectify all issues they sent two fitters father and son (Leighton and Richard) from their Welsh branch whom did a phenomenal quality job that I was over the moon with. If it hadn’t been for the original fit before them I would have given 5 stars and would give now for their work! All in all I am also happy with all contact between myself and customer services, they are quick to answer calls and polite and helpful, all faults or issues have been dealt with and rectified relatively quickly.

We ordered these specialist sound proof windows, as our autistic son is being made ill, by the constant noise of yet another housing development happening in our area, the new windows were fitted amazingly within a week. The engineers were polite, efficient and did a great job, especially as they did all the work in the pouring rain. We are very pleased with the results & highly recommend this company. Thankyou.

from initial request for info to having the work completed was 11 days. the price was good and the guy who fitted my doors was in and out in 3 hours. no mess no fuss and excellent customer from him. doors are great and house is much warmer now

Very happy with the windows and doo r. The window installers were very professional and efficient also very courteous arrived on time and day,
they were neat and tidy and explained everything about the door and windows . They make a big difference to the house and the heat retention in the extension.  Allan Charlton.
