Don't be fooled by the reply at the bottom I've left my contract number and surprise surprise still no answer. Safestyle do not answer emails, I have recently had some new windows put in by them and paid in full on day of installation. When it came to me cleaning them I've noticed some really bad marks and smears on the inside of the double glazing. I've sent dozens of emails regarding this matter and not one has been answered. When you ring the number your on hold for ages and get through to no one. A very poor company I was warned before hand and should of taken notice. They have my money now so are no longer bothered!!!! My contract number is 1257250

Fantastic product and service. We are really pleased with the doors and windows and get so many compliments. We have recommended them to family who have gone on to have doors from them. We really could not be happier, 100% recommend this company. Service is brilliant. Thank you for making our home lovely.

We decided, having had new wooden flooring installed throughout the ground floor to replace the front door. Having looked around we both decided to give Safe style a ring and arrange a home visit and quotation. Within a couple of days their agent came out and discussed our options and helped us choose the door and frame. The order was placed and a second visit arranged, this time a surveyor to measure up and check any building work which may have necessary. With both visits Safestyle were very punctual, professional and left us feeling we had definitely made the right choice. Within a day or two we were contacted with an installation date and once again we received first class service. 

On the day of the installation, again we were kept informed of time of arrival etc and the fitter done a first rate job of carrying out the work and ensuring we were totally happy. I would highly recommend Safestyle to anyone considering a new door and should we require windows or other work in the future Safestyle will definitely be our first choice.

I'm currently waiting for Safe style to let me know when they are completing my windows ? It's been 3 weeks now without any contact from them, I've tried calling on several occasions and when I  finally get through I keep being put through to different departments and being told someone will call me back. They originally turned up and fitted the front windows but somehow  managed to get the measurements wrong on my back windows. Service is absolutely shocking as still no answer to when it's going to be completed.

Absolutely shocking on the phone. All we were after were front UPVC windows that were similar to our back windows. All we are after a windows that open. They demanded that me and my partner both had to be in for the quote... WHY!? He doesn't care about the style, he just wants windows that open (as our current ones don't). I am the one paying for it, not him. We aren't married, he isn't due to move in with me for the next couple of weeks, yet still they demand we have to both be there. It won't make a hoot of difference whether he is there or not. I don't care if you're flexible with times and days. Just wanted a quote without hassle and they aren't even capable of that. Definitely taking my money elsewhere. Waste of my time.
