I have in the last 2 years had 16 windows fitted and a door, spreading the cost with Buy Now Pay Later. I would highly recommend this company with it easy payments spread over a term that suited me. The finish is to a very high standard, my home was left clean as was my new window, the team were friendly and helpful. there is a excellent choice of products to suite ones affordability. There communication and after care was first class, this is one company that achieves the standard they portray in the TV advertisement nothing is to much to ask, I would say you would be 100% satisfied and if there was a problem this company would continue till it was put right that get a top star from me.

We are having our vile Safestyle windows taken out on Monday next week. This brings an end to a horror story that started in May 2017 and will finish 9 months later. They fitted three different sets of windows all as dreadful as the last ones. The fitting was awful, as confirmed by a regional manager that came out and compiled a full report into the situation. Eventually after many months of aggravation we received our deposit back and are now awaiting a compensation payment. You only have to look on Facebook to see the hundreds of unhappy and miserable customers of this company. Also, their share price has halved since last summer so the public must be getting wise to their dreadful workmanship and manufacturing. They may not be around for much longer..

I have had a beautiful Red front door fitted. The fitter was very pleasant, worked very effeciently and overcame one or two problems without any fuss. He cleaned up after himself and explained clearly how to operate the door locking and unlocking. All in all a pleasant experience!
