Not enough staff for the way it is operated. The pallets are not very safe at all.

Kept my items safe and dry for about 6+ months. Ease of access could be a bit better, but I guess they don't have many options to change layout apart from main lift door positioning (could be from the entrance door). 
One thing to note is, that when you give your 1 month's notice, do not expect to get a refund if you remove your stuff earlier due to money leeching policy. I know most places use to disgusting tactic, but that doesn't make it any better. Hotels don't charge you when you move out, neither should places like this. Period.

Decent pricing, especially for students. Unfortunately the lift was broken at the time and my storage locker was on an upper level so it was quite a workout lifting heavy boxes up and down flights of stairs. 

My belongings were safe and as I left them when I came to move out, and at the end of the day that is what matters most with storage companies.
