Friendly and informative member of staff. Sam. It was a last minute decision to get storage so did not compare prices with others as I should have. Have used 7 years ago when I last moved. The unit is very good condition and easily accessible. Choice of sizes to suit your needs. Not 5 stars as was told I could rent for just 1 week but you have to give 2 weeks notice? Do this at the beginning and extend if required. Would recommend.

Such friendly and professional staff, they take the time to get to know you and your needs and then make storage suggestions that work for you. They calculated my needs perfectly. They were also able to beat a local quote from a different company. The facility is clean and secure. Certainly a company you can trust.

Excellent service from the start of my inquiry to the time I moved my boxes in. Good location and the place is light, bright and clean. Also good discount for the first 8 weeks. Highly recommended.

I needed a storage locker as I wanted to move out of my flat. Tanya has been absolutely brilliant. We rang on Friday to ask if we could view the lockers to gage size etc. She was more than accommodating, showed us the lockers that she thought would be appropriate  based on what I said I had to store and then gave us the price quotes for both locker sizes. Not at one point did I feel pushed to make a decision. We then returned on the Monday to buy boxes, she stated that I had a £10 off voucher which I had no idea I had, which she applied to my purchases. I had to rearrange the locker from Feb to July, I was going to cancel it but she stated because of how busy it gets she can just change the dates and then if I do not want it at that point then I can cancel free of charge. I couldn’t believe how flexible the whole process was, being able to change lockers if I needed a bigger or smaller size, and change the dates so that I wouldn’t pay for anything more or less than I reuqired. In all, 5 star customer service and I would truly recommend anyone to the Plymouth branch.
