The location of Safestore is easy to find, and it’s convenient to reach by public transport. I’m really happy with the storage service, which made things much easier during my move. The environment is clean and secure. When I arrived with two large suitcases and a backpack, I was exhausted, but the receptionist, Jake, greeted me with a constant, angelic smile and was incredibly patient and friendly. He made sure I got the keys my friend had left for me and even helped me with my luggage, taking the time to show me how to use the goods lift and made sure I was comfortable with the storage process. Throughout, Jake emphasised how much himself and Safestore values customer satisfaction, which really added to the positive experience. Overall, the security measures and the excellent service, especially from Jake, gave me great confidence in using Safestore. I would definitely use their service again in the future.
Sean was great! He made the process to book a storage unit very easy and was very helpful in explaining everything to me since this is my first time renting a storage unit. Thank you so much Sean for your help :
I have had the pleasure of storing items with Safe Store and have always been made to feel at home. I have been a little demanding at times as there have been multiple couriers collecting and dropping off items. Safe Store have been nothing but accommodating, allowing me to do what I need. In particular Jake has assisted me throughout our tenancy and has always understood the requirements.
The staff are incredibly helpful here, and it's a good set up. We moved from an un-staffed self storage place and this is so much better. There's a small shop to buy packaging etc, and the reception is always staffed. Recommend it.
Perfect clean, safe storage for student belongings over the summer break. Easy to organise and the bonus of being able to buy boxes, packaging and tape on site. Many thanks for a great service.
